How is it done?
Most of our exercises will be done by using your own body weight. As our athletes progress, our challenges increased. Our “circuits” that we like to call in Brazil, are a sequence of exercises to be completed without breaks with simple exercises like push-ups, but also with the use of a variety of simple or small equipment and accessories such as TRX, medicine balls, balance boards, ropes, tires, hammers, chairs to name a few.
